Happy Sunday friends! A couple weeks ago I told y'all to look at my Instagram for a giveaway and that is still running. I also mentioned a challenge. I'm running a t-shirt design challenge! Here's the details:

7 & 6 Weeks Out
I've been so hype ever since I went to the Arnold! I have just felt so extremely motivated. About a month ago (and a month before that and a month before that), I told myself I needed to write down a daily schedule and do my best to follow it to keep my life more organized. I still haven't done that yet but I do feel like I'm getting closer and closer HAHA. I also started with two more new clients and they are both doing great! I decided to combine these two weeks because for one, I was super busy and never got around to blogging last week. And for two, the week before was so boring that I really didn't have much to say haha.
Diet:
My diet has still remained exactly the same and I'm still feeling great! Last week my chocolate craving was OUT OF CONTROL but mother nature swooped in and then I realized why it was so bad. And I'll be honest with you guys.. when I have cravings THAT BAD, I do not deprive myself! I would go crazy if I did that. For example, I may eat 1/4 of a Hershey's bar just to satisfy myself or eat a chocolate flavored protein bar or cookie and then adjust my macros for the rest of the day. Last week was my last week with my current meal plan and today my calories dropped! I'll update y'all with the new food next week :)
I did much better with my water last weekend but then this past weekend wasn't as good! We did a lot this weekend so I just struggled all around.
Training/Cardio:
I have pushed myself so hard in the gym the last couple weeks! I have definitely had some drowsy days here lately but I don't let that stop me. Prep doesn't bother me like it does some people but I'll be honest, I'm ready to BULK! I don't feel like I had a proper "bulking" phase after my show in November so that's what I'm ready for. I'm really ready to grow my upper body!
Cardio never gets easier. Ok, yes it does. Once I get going, it's not a problem at all for me to finish. Sometimes, I just wanna keep on going. But getting myself on that damn cardio machine, that's the problem. I just need to find a time to go to the gym where I won't know anybody that I want to talk to so I can get in and get out!
Life:
I have felt so busy lately but then when I think back on the last two weeks, I feel like I didn't do anything. Life can just be so overwhelming and at times I feel like I need to shut down for a couple days. BALANCE is something I struggle with which is why I SERIOUSLY need to start following like a strict daily/weekly schedule. I finally wrote one up but now I just need to follow it!
As if my life wasn't already hectic enough, Ryan woke up on Monday and decided we needed another puppy. I will never know why he felt that way but what I do know is that I would never say no to a puppy! She's a 19-week old "silver" chocolate lab and she is SO playful. We were torn on naming her Scarlett or Rose... so here's our newest member of the family, Scarlet Rose:
