Hey! I'm Adrionna - a full-time working, wine drinking momma who aspires to have a career in the fitness industry! I'm blessed with a great fiance (Ryan), a beautiful daughter (Aria), and two gorgeous German Shepherds (Diesel & Ella)! We like to spend our nights and weekends together curled up on the couch watching the same kids Netflix movies on repeat. Ryan and I have been together 7 years and will be married October 5th, 2019! Our beautiful daughter Aria is 2 and a perfect combination of wild and sassy me and stubborn and fearless Ryan.

I've been a competitive athlete my entire life. Since that chapter of my life ended I have been in and out of the gym multiple times. In early 2018 I decided it was time for me to make the gym a priority again and by April I was already loving the results I'd made. At this point I decided I wanted push myself and see what my limits were. I decided to compete in an NPC Bikini Competition. November 10, 2018 was my first competition and although I did well, it made me hungry for more! I fell in love with the entire process of competing (yes, I mean ALL of it). I learned so much and my passion for fitness grew substantially and now I'm ready to share that with YOU!
