ONLINE LIFE COACHING
Includes personalized training and meal plan for the duration of your choosing and weekly progress check-ins. This is designed for the athlete who is comfortable in the gym and just needs someone to hold them accountable.
ONLINE PREP COACHING
Includes intense training and dieting schedule for competitors on prep or in the off season who want to stay lean. Requires weekly (at least) check-in photos and will include weekly in person or video chat posing sessions as well.
1:1 IN PERSON TRAINING
*FOR LOCALS ONLY*
Includes in-person, 1-2 hour weight training sessions as well as recommendations on diet and cardio. Spots will be limited. This is designed for the athlete who needs help getting started with their fitness journey.
