SUMMER CHALLENGE 2019

WHAT TO EXPECT
You will receive an e-book broken into 8 week long sections. Each week will contain a 5 day workout schedule with detailed information on reps and sets as well as descriptions of each exercise. A gym WILL BE NECESSARY to perform most exercises. This will be an 8 week program kicking off Monday, May 13th and ending Sunday, July 7th (just in time for Summer)! I will have an Instagram profile exclusively for members of the challenge containing video demonstrations of each exercise. This challenge is open to both men AND women! I will be available throughout the challenge for questions and advice as well as help with performing exercises. Whether your goal is to lose some weight or put on some muscle, I’ve got you covered! Deadline to sign up will be Sunday, May 12th at 5:59 pm EST. Promptly after the deadline closes, everyone who's signed up will receive an email containing the full e-book. NO EARLY ACCESS!

HOW THIS WILL WORK
After registration closes (Sunday, April 28th @ 5:59 pm EST) I will send out the e-book to everyone's email who is signed up. These will not be tailored to you as an individual. There is no beginner or advanced option this time. There will be one copy of this program and it will be the same for everyone who signs up. If you have any questions about how to perform an activity, you can reach me via email, text, Facebook, or Instagram! You will have the opportunity to win cash and other prizes! Check in photos ARE REQUIRED for certain prizes. If you want to be eligible for all prizes, you will need to submit beginning pictures by Saturday, May 4! Remember, by signing up you give me permission to use your pictures for my own advertisement however I will always give you a heads up first!
